It took me a minute to figure out how to get in because the hotel is situated in a weird spot. But once I got in and saw the room it was worth it. I will say the front desk lady was kind of frazzled but it was 2:00 in the morning so I understood that.
We stayed in this hotel this weekend to have a mini getaway and explore the surrounding areas. The room itself was nice & clean. They have free breakfast and it was just meh. Not many options, but works if you just want something quick and be on your way. The staff was friendly, and gave us insight on things to do or restaurants to go to. I Booked my adult daughter and her boyfriend a room after a visit. We cannot say enough wonderful things about my stay at the Hilton Home2 Suites in Aberdeen! From the moment wewalked in, the entire property was spotless — everything felt fresh, modern, and so well maintained. Easy access, close to lots of stores and restaurants.
Their management is horrible and rude! They treat their staff with no respect and value need to do better and replace management that’s going to treat their staff with respect. That’s how you get customer to stay at this hotel.
