The highlight of our stay at this hotel was the young lady at the front desk, Kenya. She was incredibly sweet and very helpful. Unfortunately, our overall experience was less than satisfactory. The hotel itself is in poor condition, with dinged-up and dirty walls. This lack of cleanliness extended to our room, where the floors, walls, and shower were not clean. Had a reservation after a long day of traveling. Got in about 4 a.m. trying to get a few hours of sleep. Waited at the front desk for 10-15 minutes. My wife called the hotel. Then the employee came storming out disrespecting my wife asking if she's the one calling. My wife said yes we have been waiting for at least 10 minutes with nobody around. The employee picks up the sign and says can you read. My wife then says yes, but we also been waiting 10-15 minutes searching the hotel for an employee. She then stated again you can... read more
Charged for a room we never stayed in... There's plenty other hotels to go to. You'll be happy you booked elsewhere!
Do not book at this location!!!! The rooms are nasty and customer service is horrible. There GM does not even know policy that is posted on the wall in the lobby. We booked rooms for our annual family celebration. We have booked rooms with this branch and past years. However, those years the rooms were horrible. There was hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower stall. The pillows on the bed were dirty and had an odor.
