The New Manager Is Very Nice & He Tried To Accommodate Me ! But They Should Just Hire New Cleaners ! First Room 308 Sheets Had Hair EVERYWHERE ! The Second Room 303 Bathroom Toilet Was Nasty , But Instead Of Complaining I Had Clorox Wipes I Just Cleaned It ! The Second Day I Checked Into A New Room Same Thing Bathroom Was Nasty ( I Cant Remember The Room ) So I Had To Move Rooms , This Particular Room 119 Was Clean But You Could Tell Someone Stayed In There Bc It’s A Sinkhole In One Spot Of The Mattress !
They gave me a room that I didn’t book. I specifically needed accessible shower king suite which I paid more for. They gave me the exact opposite. When I requested the change they said they didn’t have anymore. I then requested a refund of the price difference for the room and I was promised this would happen. It did not. So we slept in a room that couldn’t accommodate our needs and got ripped off. Yikes. This place is a mess.. the manager was fired and no one is running the show. Amenities are broken- pool was murky, gym is 90 degrees, dryers are out of service, we had dirty water leaking from our ceiling and both sinks were leaking and clogged. When we let the front desk know they said they knew the room already had issues that weren’t fixed.
