This is my first visit to this hotel and the surrounding area. The front desk staff were kind and professional. My room was very clean, loved the top corner room with. nice view. Nokomas left a handwritten note, she made sure my room was clean and comfy. Best night sleep I have had in ages. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again when I am in town to visit. Home2Suites chain of Hilton is always my favorite to stay in I have never been disappointed. Thank you!
The staff was amazing, the suite was very clean, highly recommend to family friends and colleagues.
My wife and I just spent the night there, both the people and facilities were outstanding. The breakfast was good as well. Charlotte answered the phone when I called from the airport, and directed me to where I could pick up the shuttle. Then she greeted me When I arrived at the hotel. Very gracious, kind and professional. I wish I had gotten the shuttle driver’s name as well. Unfortunately, I did not, but he was very kind and personable as well. I travel for a living, and I greatly appreciated all of the above. Bravo!
Ms. Waple has amazing customer service. I will be staying at this location every time I visit Atlanta. She has patience and is very kind and friendly.
I had the pleasure to stay at this lovely hotel . Waple was very polite , customer service was excellent thru out my whole stay of 4 days . Waple went above and beyond for me thru out my whole stay .
