Nice hotel. Friendly staff.
Hotel is very clean and updated. Everyone I encountered from the staff were all very pleasant. Something really needs to be done about the valet, wait time was unacceptable. The guys working valet were doing their best but waiting almost an hour for my vehicle is unacceptable. Also it wasn’t clear on their website that the hotel is valet only.
Staff nice and helpful. Not having an option for self parking, and required to use valet at $45 a night is crazy. With that said, all hotels in the area charge to park on site.
The staff at this hotel were exceptional from start to finish. The valet service was quick and convenient, and every gentleman we interacted with was friendly, professional, and helpful. The hotel itself was spotless and in the perfect location, just a very short walk to catch an Atlanta Dream game. The on-site restaurant was another highlight.
