Nice place, decent lil breakfast but the extra $20 charge for parking was disappointing but otherwise good... I am personally not used buying a room $175 per night then being surprised with $20 added parking fee.. just add it into the upfront room fee it maybe more palatable
Great place to stay in Houston area.
Friendly staff, clean rooms to a certain extent but pool was closed due to renovations which i wished i knew beforehand. I booked this hotel due to indoor pool because the weather was going to be bad that weekend i was there so my kids were bored. only one elevator working but was only crowded one time we rode it. balcony couch was nasty but they had a patio set that wasn't dirty. big fire alarm in middle of ceiling constantly blinking so bright so had to sleep with covers over face. breakfast was good not great, (ex: butter... read more
I want to give a Big "Shout Out" to Raj the daytime supervisor. She was so Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and personable. I also met the owner and she also was very friendly.
