Today around 11:30, I had a very disappointing experience at Home2 Suites by Hilton Galleria. When I asked for a supervisor, I was not provided one, and when I politely asked for the receptionist’s name, I was refused and the call was hung up on. Despite attempting to call back multiple times, no one answered. This was unprofessional and very disappointing. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures better guest interactions.”
Vinny was exceptional! Rooms were nice and clean. Parking garage was a plus. Overall a good trip.
