So much is great with this place. But the beds are awful..Had to check out early because driving overnight was more comfortable than the bed. But service was very good. Breakfast was great, and location is nice. While I wish they wouldn't charge for parking since no free spots are availableon property, it's at least more reasonable at 15 a night.
I always have a very good experience with Home2suite and this time the team makes it even better. The reception Traniece is awesome! Great help, explaining everything. I like the room service team, keeping the whole room and the lobby clean. Great team!
Clean and nice size rooms. Large refrigerator which was a plus for me. They also offer portable hot plate and pots and pan if you staying a couple of nights. I will definitely return when I'm in Houston.
Great place to stay, helpful staff and Jorge makes a great margarita at the bar! Would definitely stay again next time we are in the area.
I am very happy and satisfied with our stay there! Our daughter recently got married and we stayed around 30-40 rooms full of wedding guests! Not only were they accommodating but also treated us like family!The hotel wedding coordinator Jeannie, the front desk agent Priya , the manager Jaggu , the night desk agent , a polite gentleman from Galveston helped us with every request big like a backdrop for the hotel pictures or small like really hot water for a cup of tea!
