Great spot for traveling workers. It's situated in a business district that allows easy access and quick travel to most places. The rooms are serviceable and the staff are very nice. The parking garage is a bit of a hassle but it is what it is. I prefer the security of it over an exposed parking lot.
They never indicate in their page the parking is charged and that the deposit takes 5 days to be reimbursed
This hotel stay was one of the most frustrating experiences my sister and I have had, despite staying at many Hiltons. The check-in employee was dismissive and rude. We couldn’t check in when we arrived because the floors in our room were still wet from cleaning, yet he suggested we go in anyway. After a long drive, being told to come back in an hour was disappointing. When we returned, we politely asked for compensation for the inconvenience, suggesting a night of parking.
