Came to town for a concert, waited 4 hrs to get into our rooms. Had so many complications staff didnt accommodate anything. The worst experience ever

Love this hotel! The staff is always friendly and super helpful. We come to town annually for a family event and once we found this place, we haven't looked for anywhere else.
Had some work done at my house. Check in guy was very nice. Check in was very fast. How ever are room was pretty nasty! Dishes were dirty . Hair in bathroom . Where the wash clothes were folded nice in neat on a very dirty tray. Turned down the bed and there was poop on the sheets. Nasty!! Called the front desk he offered to move us but I had already cleaned the dishes and table. So I just asked for clean sheets. And made the bed myself. Not a big deal but paying almost 200 dollars and cleaning your own room is unacceptable!... read more
