We had made our reservation on the Hilton Honors application only to find out on arrival it booked us for a room that didn’t exist even though Hilton charged us two months ago to check in. The whole check in process took over 30 minutes with no one in front of us. The lady at the front desk was very unhelpful; however, the gentleman working the front desk was polite and kind. they checked me out when I was at breakfast. had a baby on my hip and two small children behind going up to the 5th floor to find out we couldn't go in. front desk not very helpful or empathetic
Stayed here during Midwest Veterinary Conference with a couple of my coworkers and we had a very pleasant stay. I called down tonight for a extra blanket and they brought it up to me within 5 minutes and delivered to my door with a smile on his face. We enjoyed a very relaxing evening in the pool. I will stay here again in a heartbeat. Breakfast was very good waffles cereal fresh fruit, juice!
If you want a home away from home, run by humans who have true compassion for people, this is the place. My family came here because of tragedy and they showed grace & love on many levels. Super clean, wonderful staff, amazing breakfast, and most of all, we felt loved. Def recommend. Won’t ever go to another hotel besides a Hilton now!
