At first glance I thought this was a very nice hotel. The lobby is cute with games. The front desk agent, Angel, was very quick checking me in and helpful. The rooms are small I had an issue with the first room because I found hair in the bed, a stain, and the soap depensors weren't working at the sink. The second room, once again the bedding was tattered and I found head at the foot of the bed. I just requested new bedding because I could tell this could go on all night. Denver parking costs are higher than New York City so nobody gets 5 stars, sorry! $32 for a single hour, $64/night. About to lose another star for a single poor employee running 2 hotel counters during a sold out conference week.
We prepaid for our room but when we arrived they will charge you for 100.00 a night not a one time fee, a night for incidental fees if you ruin anything. Parking there is 62 dollars a night and strictly valet parking only. If you check in early they charge and additional 32 dollars. They do have a great breakfast and workout room as well as games in the lobby, that was nice. It's a nearly new property, in a great part of town, so much to find nearby. Beds were really comfortable, and the a.c. just perfect. The lobby level is secure and particularly pleasant; homey, well-lit, roomy, with a fun variety of furniture, cozy corners and ways to relax and give a try. There's a generous variety of sofas and chairs and kids' play areas. All rooms are between floors #7 and #21, with windows either north or south.
