Excellent Room, Staff. Very close to amenities. Everything at TOP of line.
It was great other than having to pay for parking.
It's a pretty decent place just don't use the laundry cause there stuff is broke
Upon checking-in, we experienced an issue with our room not being cleaned prior to our arrival. We understand things happen, but it was when we returned to the front desk is when we had the tremendous privilege of meeting Maddie (the mananger on duty). She immediately apologized and said she will go & clean it herself if we would allow her the chance to personally take care of it. My wife and I are so shocked that manager would go above and beyond & take such pride in providing such extraordinary customer service!!
