1) They hold $100/day for incidentals--and they didn't tell you anywhere that they are going to do that before your trip. 2) If you're not a Hilton Honors member, you pay $6 for a bottle of water. I had a wonderful stay here! As a frequent business traveler, I value quality, excellent customer service, free of charge breakfast, and easy access to area events. This is a nice hotel. Comfortable beds, consistent HVAC, lots of restaurants and activities within a short walking distance. I would stay here again.
It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had with Hilton. My digital key never did work. The elevators were extremely difficult to use, all guests at the time were complaining about it. I did not receive housekeeping services at all during the three days I was there. I even requested it on the second day and they never came even though the front desk said they would send someone to do a refresh. I would definitely not recommend this hotel. I know I will never go back!
We stayed in a king size room with sofa. Three people slept comfortably on the bed and one on the couch. It had an almost full size fridge, sink, dishes, microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom was small but not too small. Their breakfast was great with lots of options. Will definitely stay here again!
Rooms AC didnt work. Bar closed and hour early 1 night and wasn't open the next night. Staff was pleasant but doesn't change the fact they advertise and brief guests of hours and accommodations that they don't offer if there's a 30 minute downtime when a professional sports event is happening less than an hour away.
