My Mother-In-Law has needed varying levels of care since she had a fall a few years ago. We have had many caregivers, but I wanted to take a minute to single out Pam. Pam is responsible for scheduling Mom's caregivers, and she has been nothing short of extraordinary. She cares; she has worked with us to understand Mom and her needs, and she puts in the effort to match Mom with caregivers she can relate to, as well as those who meet her needs.
