We are in process of buying a home in Ponte Vedra, FL. Home Wise Services was recommended to us by our realtor. Larry Falasco and Homewise Services were great! He thoroughly explained everything to my wife and I, his report was very in-depth and and most important, accurate! Homewise went above and beyond our expectation! Their prices are very competitive and I really felt like he was looking out for the best interest of my wife and I in our future investment. I highly recommend Homewise Services! I sure will use them for all future homes inspections!

I've used Larry Falasco for six inspections personally and my parents used him for three. In 2012, when I was building my home, I worked with Larry to do inspections of the slab, pre-drywall, and an inspection prior to closing on the house. The concrete slab for this home was poured with an improper mix of materials and had to be torn up and redone, but Larry inspected it the first and second time around. Recently (03/2011) had a home inspection completed by Mr. Larry Falasco of Home Wise Services and have to say we were impressed. He was extremely thorough and helpful. We were told to set aside 3 hours for the inspection and thankfully he walked us through everything in the house that was possible and I am sure we slowed him down as it took almost 4 hours from start to finish on a 1485 SqFt. home.
