BUYER BEWARE: I rarely give poor reviews, but if you are considering them for water proofing "you get what you pay for" they are cheaper than other places because of the following : Workmanship is mediocre, communication is bad, a lot of false promises, excuses, and poor customer service. I have been referred by a friend who is also another victim and should have done my due diligence before hiring this unprofessional contractor. Operating without valid business license, promised to give rebate from city, still waiting for his proper documents for over 3 months, city of Toronto is aware of this... Still waiting to finish the work, has been avoiding us, promised to come the last 10 times to finish the job, one excuse after another Poor workmanship, incorrect installation of sump pump Will be taking legal action, stay away
