I called them to get my pool opened for the summer and for my sons birthday pool party. They told me they would be out thursday sometime to take care of it. They called me on wednesday and said they couldn't make it thursday that they were too backed up. They moved my appointment to the following monday . Bill sets the standards on follow up, customer satisfaction and for maintaining genuine customer relationships long after the sale. We still love our Home Water Sports salt water pool that was installed in the summer of 08....
