I retained Home Watch Chicago to look after my townhouse in Chicago while spending time in AZ over the winter. Lilian's service is great, she communicates well, really looks after the details, forwarded mail and communicated effectively. Most importantly, she is thorough - she identified a water leak in the furnace closet. Lilian identified the issue before it became a problem so we were able to get it fixed before it caused any significant water damage. I highly recommend Home Watch Chicago.
