I wish there was a negative star. We purchased a home warranty with company which include repairs or replacements on major appliances. Our washing machine is now in need of repair and they are prolonging the process by shopping for cheaper repair vendors. They told us a lie that the original repair guy did not provide adequate info of the repairs needed. Excellent plumbing service.
Right now, this was not the right time to send me a survey. I am not very happy with my warranty and the customer service. It's very frustrating to deal with, the coverage is less than what is promised when they sell it to you. I am really not sure if the warranty is worth the stress. I got more answers to my questions from the company they dispatched the work to be done too!! Entire process was very simple. Submitted the claim, had the tech come look and had a final answer within days of submitting it. Just waiting for the e-gift card to make the replacement. Very happy with the service and process, would definitely recommend.
When I left my number, they called back promptly..Good for small repairs.. anything more than that , they seem to find a loophole why they can’t cover it.. happened with my air conditioner and my refrigerator.. also if you need something fixed right away, while the service people were nice and professional, It takes a few days for someone to get back to you and set up an appointment and then if they need to approve and order the parts.
