I wish there was a negative star. We purchased a home warranty with company which include repairs or replacements on major appliances. Our washing machine is now in need of repair and they are prolonging the process by shopping for cheaper repair vendors. They told us a lie that the original repair guy did not provide adequate info of the repairs needed. The salesman was very helpful and answered all my questions he told me my bill was $43 a month but they still charged me 45 but hopefully you guys do me good thank you
If you’re looking to pay hundreds of dollars for a warranty that covers absolutely nothing, I highly recommend them!
I am frustrated because I have had three people come out to help me with my hot water heater, and I have been given three different diagnoses and it has not been fixed. I pay my co-pay to have it fixed, just to be given a different diagnosis that may or may not be covered.
Home Warranty uses qualified contractors to fix any problems covered by the customer’s contract. My experience with Home Warranty has been good.
BUYER BEWARE! As our warranty was approaching the one-year mark, our built-in microwave's heating system went out. We received several calls and emails soliciting our renewal. We wanted to wait to renew until we had gone through the claim process with the microwave to gauge the quality of the service. I'm so glad we waited. Even though our policy was paid in full, and we had coverage on the microwave, the company elected not to repair or replace, but instead to issue a $191 gift card. We paid the $100 service call fee.
