I have pretty good luck with the HWA. Easy setup a claim and quick response. Technician from BELTWAY AIR COMFORT SERVICE, has a knowledge of the issue of my A/C system; except the HWA email me said the non-cover cost for coils cleaning is $150, but when I called the Beltway AC Service, the person answered the phone said $195. I think it should be the same amount as the HWA stated in the email. Will see when the technician comes back what will be $150 or $195?
