An absolute horrible warrranty company, customer service is horrible and if you ever need to file a claim, well good luck, my central air unit went out like a month after my policy went into affect after the wait period and they denied my claim saying it was too soon and that i should have sites to file the claim, so i appeal the findings and the case worker i got Dezire was so rude and unprofessional and basically told me i was SOL, so i asked her who i could talk to about possibly canceling my policy and she hung up on me ... read more

Absolutely Horrible Experience I would not recommend this home warranty company to anyone. This has been, without a doubt, some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My AC is broken during 110-degree weather, and I was told that this is not considered an emergency. They do not provide after-hours emergency service, and I was told I would have to wait up to five days before someone could come out to address the issue. Terrible service. Rude and inexperienced personnel. My AC is out. They sent a second-rate repair person who did not find the problem, but created another which was not covered—I still had to pay the fee. I hired a specialist out of pocket who quickly identified the problem. I followed instructions and uploaded pictures and official diagnosis. 24 hours pass. They call and want more pictures. Meanwhile I have no AC! What a horrible company. Anyone want to join a class-action lawsuit????
