Technician arrived past window of 11:00 to 3:00 pm—however headquarters called and advised tech was on his way at 3:25. Tech inspected broken and leaking garbage disposal—took photos submitted to HWA for approval to replace with new unit. There was at least a 15 minute delay and tech said he needed to leave to go to next call. I attempted to call HWA to inquire about getting approval when tech office called me and said tech was turning around and coming back as they now had approval. The company assigned couldn't come out for over a week, meaning no water for this time. I was able to contact the company and arrange an appoint for two days later...to which they didn't show and didn't call to let me know they were not coming. I had to scramble to get a different company and pay out of pocket for the repair. HWA did all they could, and the contacting company let them down, not the first time this happened.
This has been worst experience with my claim as i had a leak in my basement! The original claim and technican said it was an appliance issue and its taken going on 3-4 weeks to deal with and yet it;s still not fixed. Customer service was not help.
I've been so far waiting OVER 3-1/2 months, nearly four for them to repair a leaking refrigerator. THEY DON'T DO WHAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR *****STAY AWAY***** WORST SERVICE EVER!! Really you can't even say worst service because THERE IS NO SERVICE.
