Pretty legit. I’ve had other Home Warranty companies in the past. This seems to have the right partnerships to fulfill the warranty request in a timely manner. My new account manager has been great. Quick, heavy on the nice, and knowledgeable.
BUYER BEWARE!! TOTAL SCAM ORGANIZATION WHO WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND FIND BOGUS REASONS TO GET OUT OF THEIR REPLACEMENT OBLIGATIONS!! My home came with this warranty with purchase, and in less than a year my AC unit and washer have both gone out. They have denied both claims, saying it's not normal wear and tear. Please do not waste your money on this FRAUDULENT warranty!
Very fast response and stellar service
I pay for a year of service and 2 months in I have an electrical issue so I put in a claim. I end up having to pay the technitions for their service call and HWA wouldn’t cover any of the issues. There’s no point in having this warranty. I’m trying to get a refund because when you need them they’re not there. I have a grandson and fear of a possible electrical fire. I’m sorry but a warranty has to cover issues from time to time
My air conditioning has been out for 25 days in Southern California heat. Their contractor gave three contradictory diagnoses in four weeks with no diagnostic measurements recorded at any point. First a thermostat, fixed by changing batteries, broken again two hours later. Then a compressor, submitted through HWA's own portal with nothing to back it up. Then a thermostat again.
