I wish there was a negative star. We purchased a home warranty with company which include repairs or replacements on major appliances. Our washing machine is now in need of repair and they are prolonging the process by shopping for cheaper repair vendors. They told us a lie that the original repair guy did not provide adequate info of the repairs needed. Pretty quick to respond to our complaint. We have been allowed to find a company on our own to work with. I'm going to use a company that I have used before and was very happy with their work.
