The quality of service has gone down substantially from the first time we hired Magic Carpet Steam Cleaning. We will not use this company going forward as the last visit was very unprofessional, job left incomplete as equipment was packed up before cleaning all of the area rugs, and we had to fight to get the invoice adjusted. The owner was given a walk through prior to the date of the cleaning so that he could be shown all of the carpet, the number of area rugs we wanted cleaned, and floor to be strip waxed. Ken from Magic Carpet Steam Cleaning cleaned my 1bedroom apartment after I moved out. I had some high-traffic areas that needed extra attention and he worked wonders! Highly recommend his service. They’re professional, quick and do a fantastic job.
