I booked the service online and it was fast and easy. The follow up communication to confirm, how to prepare for cleaning and reminders messages are prompted and efficient. The window time of arrival is workable and doesn’t require you take a big chunk out of your day. Ken the owner is personal and thorough. He helped me tidy up the place and moved some furniture.
