If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Home Value Appraisal Inc. was nothing short of a disaster, thanks to the sheer incompetence of their appraiser, Sonia Dhand. Not only did she demonstrate a complete lack of knowledge and professionalism throughout the process, but her actions directly killed my deal.
