Hotel staff very rude, doesn’t care about guest .
Terrible customer service, marijuana infested walk to the hallway between 6:00 and 9:00 a.m. and it smells like a marijuana farm
If you are a contractor, Do NOT do any work for them. I performed work almost 4 months ago and still have not received payment. I have had to file a suit against them.
The room is nice and clean. Great value! You have to have a key card to come back in the building, so random people can't just come in. But most importantly, the manager is extremely helpful! She called me when my groceries were delivered and saw me struggling to move shelf in fridge and without me even having to ask! Other staff and a guest helped me and my disabled husband bring in groceries earlier. Staff and guests seem very friendly and helpful.
