Lived here for over a year seen many maintenance people come and go. While the apartments are fine. The cleanliness in the breezeway sand hallways are atrocious. The main manager is great can't say that about her assistant. Corporate people need to come here and see all the rotten wood, security lights out. I enjoy living here
I'm very dissatisfied with this place. If you need anything, you have to wait for approval from corporate office. The management on site M-F 8-5 (Patricia Barger) is great. Her assistant isn't to brag about. I've lived here for 4 months and I'm disappointed. They had to tear out the shower 3 times prior to moving in due to leaking and caused weak flooring. The apartments wasn't painted except in certain places. My heat and air unit hasn't worked since I moved in, and still doesn't work. The exercise room and computer room is... read more
Would not recommend – My parents are moving out of this place because of how misleading and uncooperative the management of Home Towne at Conway have been. They advertise it as a gated community, but the gate has gone over 1 and 1/2 years without ever being closed. Recently it has been sporadically closed but only at night sometime around 9pm to 7am. Misleading information about apartment amenities – My parents currently live in Home Towne at Conway. I was the one who toured the complex and gathered info for them before they moved here due to them moving from out of state. The apartments are fine, as far as apartments go, but when they list or tell you about their amenities, they neglect to tell you that they are only available for the residents to use during their office business hours (with the exception of the pool).
