We called this morning about house we found on Zillow and was connected a realtor by the name of Autumn Vanley who referred African-Americans as those people when asked about the population in the city in which we were thinking about buying the home. Never in my life have we ever experienced anything like this? It is completely racist and I do not recommend going to this real estate company. I did speak to one of the managers. Sandy is super nice. Judy, not so much. Seriously. Steer clear of these guys. Literally buy/rent from anywhere else! There’s several other options who would appreciate your business much more than this couple (Skip and Judy). Rude as hell.
Horrible land lord dishonest. Kept us without a fridge for over two weeks and we had to hire help and rent a pick up and they don't care. Mold and they won't let us know if he's a mold abatement specialist. We have had the worst experience with Judy and Skip Garner. Save your self the head ache. They won't even reimburse us for anything they are opportunists. I WOULD STAY CLEAR of this company!
