Sandy is super nice. Judy, not so much. Seriously. Steer clear of these guys. Literally buy/rent from anywhere else! There’s several other options who would appreciate your business much more than this couple (Skip and Judy). Rude as hell.
Horrible land lord dishonest. Kept us without a fridge for over two weeks and we had to hire help and rent a pick up and they don't care. Mold and they won't let us know if he's a mold abatement specialist. We have had the worst experience with Judy and Skip Garner. Save your self the head ache. They won't even reimburse us for anything they are opportunists. I WOULD STAY CLEAR of this company! We love Beth Bruno & Sandy. We have had wonderful dealings with them.
Vicki was rather rude when we called asking to view a house. So much so that we had to ask for another agent. Not sure if she was having a few off days but it was just not a great experience. And we were very polite from the get-go even with the rude retorts. My mom, my bankers, and myself, all had a hard time with her. Judy ended up letting us view the house and putting an offer in.
