RecommendedI've worked with Morgan as a buyer and as a seller. I could text/email her at midnight and receive a response. She was always attentive, responsive and knowledgeable. She offered great advice & guidance on putting our past two houses up for sale. One sold within 48 hours. The other took a bit longer (higher value home) but inevitably we received a full price offer. Morgan has a brilliant mind and I will absolutely use her in the future.
I absolutely recommend working with Melissa of Holm Town. She was very accessible and worked with our unusual schedule as we searched for our new home, she was prompt in our communications, and she was professional, kind and honest. Though she is perhaps not as seasoned as some other realtors out there, she is very knowledgeable--and more importantly--knows when to enlist help if needed. Our experience with Melissa was great, and I would go with her again should the need arise.
We contacted Melissa and explained that my husband would be in Fairbanks for a week long house hunting trip and that he had to find a house inthose 4 days.
