Home Town Floral prepared a funeral arrangement that was absolutely beautiful--the selection of flowers, the colors, the volume--all very thoughtfully done. It was excellent. Although attending the service, I'm not local to the area and called ahead directly to the florist. He sent a picture when the arrangement was complete, and there were no issues with delivery even though there was weather to be dealt with. A first-rate customer experience. Thank you.
This husband and wife duo is a wedding dream team! Words can describe my gratitude for Scott and his lovely wife Dorothy who were so helpful in making our special day perfect!!! Dorothy and Scott helped to make my wedding as beautiful as I imagined. They were so helpful in planning my arrangements and had a great portfolio to show so we could get ideas for what we wanted. They communicated with us throughout the planning process and were always quick to reply to any messages we sent. They delivered the flowers on time and efficiently and went through each item with us. Home Town Floral is now my go-to florist! Thank you!!
Pros: available on UberEats for quick delivery. Good customer service on the phone. My grandmother liked them. Cons: the bouquet didn’t look as full as the sample photo. It was $75.
I had one of the best customer experiences today from D&S. I ordered a last minute summer bouquet for my loving step-mom and the gentleman on the phone was so warm and personable. I then received a personal text with a 360 degree view of the arrangement. It was amazing! Thank you for making her Birthday special.
