Beautiful apartment as low cost. I have high ceilings, a washer, dryer, and dishwasher all in unit. You also get a garage with lighting and a remote control door. The landlord if nice and approachable. A steal honestly compared to other tiny places with no amenities or charge you for a garage.
Nice location, dishwasher and laundry are both pretty good. Old, but in working condition. Terrible quality of building. Hair painted into the walls, bathtub falling apart, dents in doors, terrible smell and more when we first moved in. I thought I was getting a steal for $715 a month but you do definitely get what you pay for.
