Very friendly and helpful. They have a very nice showroom, and came to my house to help me pick what I needed for my windows, they were on-time, which I am very picky about. The man that installed by stuff was very professional and on time as well. I was very impressed, that is hard to find these days. Great place to work with. Thanks!
Very Pleased – I just ordered from them and was very pleased. Not only were they very knowledgeable, but they were friendly and prices were great. I knew I wanted Hunter Douglas honeycomb shades, and shopped around bit. The salesperson at Home Touch was the most knowledgeable on the products and was very thorough in explaining all the details of the product. Fantastic Place!!! – Just had another blind installed in my home and I absolutely love it. Hunter Douglas is more of an higher end product so I have been buying my blinds one at a time for my budget. My husband's philosphy is that he'd rather do a little at a time and have a much superior blind than just put cheap up all at once! Great Experience! – I just had my products that I purchased from them installed, and I love them! I shopped around and knew what I wanted, after comparing several places, I found that they had the best price, and seemed to know the most about the product I was looking for. They even gave me a better price on a different system that some of the other places didn't even mention to me. The designer was great to work with and the installer was very nice. Highly recommend.
Horrible customer service – I am suspicious of the positive reviews, since professional is spelled "perfessional" consistently. Perhaps a company employee has posted them? I have used Home Touch twice. The first experience 3 years ago was excellent. My experience this summer has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Great Service – Stopped in the other day while my wife was getting a Haircut at Gastby. I was greeted and was impressed with the knowledge and the expertise. We have visited other local retailers for window coverings, but LET ME TELL YOU this place is much better all around. We will be using Home Touch once the house is ready!
Make Sure you compare apples to apples – Just got our products installed last week and i saw this review and I had to make sure that I posted a reply on this review. We did alot of shopping around, we meet Home Touch over a year ago at a Home and Garden show, and i was pleastanltly suprised that per my request they kept in contact with me. Over-priced – Wow! This place is very expensive! I looked around just to get some quotes for our recently finished basement. This place was nearly twice as much as the next highest bid for the exact same Hunter Douglas product with the same warranties. When I asked why it was so expensive the salesman said "we offer better customer service." Sorry... I'm not going to pay hundreds of extra dollars for a smile. Excellent Service and Quality – We just moved to town and we were in the market for serveral things for my home. One of our items was window coverings. The great thing about this I used to sell them back 20 years ago. We visited there showroom and we were pleasatally suprised with the attention we recieved from Kim in the office. She was very helpfull and knew enough to help us. She made us aware that she was not the sales person but she was able to answer most of our questions.
