Mixed feelings on these folks. I have installed several Lync 12 v3 systems now and the product isn't fully cooked. The controller needs to be frequently restarted to get the zone and/or keypads back in order. The controller also doesn't auto-switch input voltage between 110-220V. The other components (amps, gateway) auto-switch voltage, so seems like an oversight. Consider other options.

At first I was very skeptical about this product and company. Let me tell you what, customer service is bar nun nothing shot of outstanding. From sales to support no matter your skill level they will take care of you. Some of the appearance of the equipment once you have it on site could make your stomach sink and say what did i just do.... Its retention to wall is magnets.... but the sound... I had a spectacular experience installing my new home sound system with HTD. We bought a new home with pre-existing wiring and had no idea what to do with it. I walked through the ideal setup with Scott from support on the phone and he helped me create a game plan. Unfortunately since I didn’t do that before the equipment arrived, I had to replace some items with other models. He was quick to send replacements (same day, arrived the next!) and we were able to get the other system returned. My only regret is that I didn’t cal... read more

I bought my whole house audio system 15 years ago? It's been great, but that isn't why I am giving 5 stars. I had an issue with it today. Called them, and they walked me through a fix. No transferring, no holding. Guy answers the phone, guy fixes the problem, and he is completely knowledgeable about my discontinued product. Amazing!
