I had a spectacular experience installing my new home sound system with HTD. We bought a new home with pre-existing wiring and had no idea what to do with it. I walked through the ideal setup with Scott from support on the phone and he helped me create a game plan. I bought my whole house audio system 15 years ago? It's been great, but that isn't why I am giving 5 stars. I had an issue with it today. Called them, and they walked me through a fix. No transferring, no holding. Guy answers the phone, guy fixes the problem, and he is completely knowledgeable about my discontinued product. Amazing!

I highly recommend HTD. They have an amazing product and their customer service/technical support is outstanding. Mike is extremely responsive and provides a clear wiring instructions when needed. I recommend the Lync 12 system to future proof your future home audio expansions. A six zone idea will turn into a 12 zone reality once you hear how great their equipment is.

I purchased the Lync 12 with keypads with the DMA1275 amps in 2018 for my new home. Since then, I have purchased a few misc items like a Line Level Gain Booster, outdoor speakers, and a few blue tooth add ons for key pads. From the first contact in 2018 the HTD team has been 100% customer service oriented. They helped me figure out what I have needed and they have helped me trouble shoot any issues or give advice to questions on how to accomplish something even 6 years later. First off, I am using and extremely happy with the HTD whole house audio system (I am not using the individual room intercom/control panels or echo features). One of the more valuable reasons I decided on HTD is their easily reachable and US based technical support team. Some of the best tech help I can remember ever receiving. VERY happy with my decision.
