This is one of the easiest 5-Star ratings I could give to a business. In my search for the right home audio setup, Google sent me to the HTD site. I then searched around and watched a couple of videos on Youtube that HTD posted. My brother told me about HTD and installed the Lync system when he built his house and loved it. When I built my house, I also installed the Lync system and love it. As long as you thoroughly read the install manual, it was straightforward. I had a couple of technical questions and called their main number and Ricky was friendly and helpful. I plan on ordering more keypads as they do make activating zones a little quicker than waiting for the app to load. If you have Alexa devices, the Lync system is awesome! I purchased the MC66 and DMA 1240 in 2011. Since then we have moved several times and the MC66 and DMA 1240 sat in storage for 7 years. Well i just hooked it up and everything is working like it did in 2011. The support at HTD is outstanding. I have only had to use them a couple of times and the support has been fantastic. They know their equipment and third party equipment. Each time the issue was with the third party equipment regarding connections but each time HTD provided me with a solution. I have worked with HTD on multiple projects, including my own home. I absolutely love their systems. They are DIY friendly and easy for myself or my crews to install. They provide a detailed plan on the layout and wiring plans. They are always available for support when needed. Speakers and systems work as advertised. Special shoutout to Ricky Laverty for all his help. Would highly recommend HTD for your home or business.

This review is long over due. First thing I can say is WOW! These guys are awesome and make a quality product that they stand behind. I purchased a Link12 unit with their high-end speakers almost two years ago. I had intermittent issues for the first year and my professional installer and IT company tried and tried to resolve the issues and contacted HTD support multiple times. Each time with no luck.
