HTA recently updated my Control 4 home automation system and did a great. Their technician Bayardo was very knowledgable and handled all of our requests. We look forward to having them remotely manage our system and working with them again in the future. Thank you Eric and Bayardo!
Your driver destroyed my car and now my insurance premium has gone up hundreds a year despite the accident not being my fault. Looking at earlier reviews of your company this is not an isolated incident of reckless driving, so I'm leaving this review as a continuation of that record.
Dangerous drivers in company vehicles almost causing accidents, speeding through a yield then stopping in front of traffic.
For the past 5 years we have had the pleasure of working with the HTA team for our home in Kalorama, DC. Our particular needs were complicated. With 4 levels, 7 tv’s and strong wifi required on all levels we had high expectations. HTA met those expectations and surpassed them with the service and support.
