If I could give a 0, it would be a zero... maybe even a negative... like the $179 I'm out and they didn't fix a thing. Briefly: I was scheduled for a 4-6pm appointment on 10/21/25. At 5:30 I called to verify someone was still coming because I hadn't heard from anyone. I was told yes, tech was still at the previous job. Purchased a washing machine and warranty from home Tech. It has broken down a least six times.Three of the times their repairs lastest one load. The supervisor Randy is always to busy to return my call. Most of the staff have quit because of Randy.
