I spoke with Yvette. She was very professional and listened to my problem with my air conditioning. She set me up for my appointment with no problems. I'm very satisfied with her customer service.
Came home from being out of town to find A/C not working. Called Home-tech and asked for a service call. Sergei came out the same day. He wasted no time in fixing the problem, a clogged drain line. He performed multiple processes to thoroughly clean out the line, from the beginning of line to the end. He was thorough and fast and did a great job. We’re very happy with our experiences with Home-tech and Sergei.
I spoke with a nice customer service representative named Yvette Anguiano . She helped me set up for AC service. I recommend that you keep her for your company

Joshua was timely, professional, honest about what could and could not be done and what likely results would be, and we appreciated his expertise and input. We did sign up for an annual maintenance agreement for our appliances, so I wasn’t sure what to put for Price paid below
