Ivan and Angel went above and beyond with my new hvac installation. The unit wasn’t working after they put it in and that stayed with until the problem was solved and the new unit was up and running. I Ivan, Angel and Jason arrived on-time at my house and worked diligently to replace my entire air conditioner. At one point it was pouring rain and they still kept going while using umbrellas. I was very impressed with their professionalism and hard work. Great job guys, thank you!
You shouldn't tailgate others using high beams while driving a company vehicle.
Armin C. is a Sr. Tech who was very knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and willing to explain the issues (Freon, leaking Schrader valve) and reason my A/C was not cooling. He made suggestions relative to the type of filter I should be using. The one I had was restricting airflow. My built in ice maker in the door of my 4 year old Kitchen Aid refrigerator kept freezing up. I discovered that a "snap in" frame around the ice bucket had broken and was obviously allowing warm air into the ice bucket area. I also have a KitchenAid dishwasher that the spring on the soap dispenser door broke so it would not lock the soap pod in.
