Normally people complained about service but I must say that I gave a 5-star rating because of two special technicians. Phabian and Garrett were here for over 4.5 hours trying to figure out what was wrong with my air conditioner on a Saturday night. They discovered several things wrong with the system but worked diligently to find the root cause of the problem so we could have air conditioning till they could come back today to permanently fix the system. I called Home-Tech for warranty replacement on my 3 1/2 year old hot water heater, which they installed. I had already worked with the manufacturer, who verified it would be under warranty. Home-Tech wouldn’t believe me and required a service visit to inspect the tank that cost $179. This visit was done by an A/C guy and not a plumber. Dave #842 came out to inspect the Bosch Induction stove and discovered the lower element was not functioning. Within a week he was back to replace the element and everything works fine. Dave was very pleasant and very efficient. It wasn't cheap but this is a high end stove and replacement cost runs around 5K so it was a good investemt. I highly recommend this company and in particular this tech name Dave!
Dave #842 from Home-Tech came today to do yearly Electrical inspection. He was very thorough in checking the operation of my smoke detectors and found one was not working properly. I always get a phone call to let me know when a service technician is coming and a call right before their arrival…always on time. I’ve had a contract with Home-Tech for over ten years and will stay with them as their service is always prompt, especially with air conditioning failures.
