Home-Tech does a great job! The 5 Stars today is for, Stephanie Vanmeter! She booked my appointment in the morning and when the technician could not solve the problem she arranged for a Supervisor and helper to come by. She was awesome, she listened, she stayed calm, and focused on taking care of the customer. I work in the service industry and it is refreshing to see a person who cares about representing her company in the professional and courteous way she did last night. I tip my hat to you Stephanie!!! Awesome JOB!
