Serge K did an amazing job in the most difficult of circumstances - on a broiling hot day he put in the time to solve an intermittent problem with our AC unit and found the issue - his attention to detail was amazing, the thoroughness of his diagnostic process was amazing, and besides that, he is a really good guy. Thank you Home-Tech for great service, always, and thank Serge for a job well done.
Home-Tech installed our new AC today, Ivan 1013, and his team, did a great job, installing it so efficiently and took the time to make sure our app works great so all temps can be set at home and away. The whole Home-Tech team was very professional.
