Response to reply: i can understand that but would have preferred if you properly surveyed and advised the unit wouldn’t fit instead of pressuring me to have your guys attach on wood. I’m stuck like this now. Installed my AC unit like with wood and wants to charge $3k to reinstall properly, saying it was the salesman’s fault for poor planning. But why would they install it if the circumstances weren’t right ? The concrete is almost broken completely and so my new AC is about to fall off and over!
As a new service agreement member, I have been very pleased with the service. My AC was working and cooling fine but it developed a leak and water was filling the overflow pan. The AC technician came to repair it and worked all day. He was persistent and got it fixed. He worked overtime to get it completed for me. Thank you to John, the AC Tech. Good job.
They have come to my home 3 times to fix 2 appliances. They are not fixed wrong parts ordered and did not identify the true problem. Then two people said we had coverage cause the original call was when the warranty was in effect. Now several other people have said they want more money. It's a lot of money. Truely one of the worst experiences we have ever dealt with. Rich Cochlin
Had my semi-annual A/C inspection and service today. Technician Eric and his assistant did a great job, as usual. But Eric and his partner went above and beyond and took care of an outside insulation problem!! I was very impressed. I was in the middle of a meeting, so I couldn't express my gratitude properly. But a BIG THANK YOU TO ERIC AND HIS PARTNER!!!! I always feel protected and confident with Home Tech.
