Dominic did a great job installing the dishwasher part efficiently. He was polite and professional.
HVAC condensate line was treated by an acid compound to prevent clogging. The tech was very professional and timely
Patrick was very thorough, well educated, articulate and calming through the long process of unclogging the drains! He is very polite, and explains all the steps and both causes and results of his work! Another great Home- Tech experience! They respond quickly and remain until problem is totally remedied!
I had a ot of water leaking from AC into the drip pan, almost filling it up. I called for service and Todd was out within 90 minutes. He evaluated the problem, explained what was happening and prceeded to thoroughly fix the problem. Todd was efficient yet not overly in a hurry to get on to the next job. When he was done he cleaned up the mess, gave me tips on how to prevent the pipes from clogging up in the future, and made sure I was satisfied. I would recommend Home-Tech
