My love affair with HomeTech is over. Their service is fine so long as the appliances covered are relatively new. As the appliances age the company becomes increasingly hesitant to repair them using the excuse that "the parts necessary are not available". In my latest service call for a faulty range the tech showed me the faulty part and put in a request to replace it. The following day I received an email saying the part is no longer available.
