Garrett came on time, quickly diagnosed the washing machine problem and explained that this was a common problem with this machine. He gave us two options and we picked the less expensive one that cured the problem and took only 10 minutes to fix. Wonderful job. Very courteous.

Called them to fix a Samsung dryer that was not heating. Guy showed up, did not so much as touch the dryer, said he could not fix it because it was stacked on the washer, and charged me $99. His comment on the invoice was, "Can't pull down to diagnose but sure it's the thermostats." It was not the thermostats. Total rip-off.

After seeing "first call free" in their ad, I decided to try them. I used the service for a refrigerator repair. Tech was very good, knowledgeable and professional. Problem was a drain that had popped up causing a water backup which froze and, when defrosting, would leak onto the floor. Tech pushed the drain down and this has solved problem so far. COST: $99.00 service call plus time, another $70.00. This, of course, could be applied to a $300+ service agreement. No parts needed, thankfully. WILL NEVER CALL THEM AGAIN.

I've been a Home-Tech customer for 5 years now and I have to say that I love how any time I have a problem with my air conditioning or appliances I just call Home-Tech and it’s resolved immediately. The technicians are always professional, courteous; always say thank you, you’re welcome. They come on time and they always look like the Maytag repairman in their uniforms. I've been impressed with how knowledgeable they are and how they get the job done on time. I wish I’d know about Home-Tech when I had my ac system replaced. ... read more
