I currently rent from Robert and Jill, I love my place,I've rented a couple of years here Robert's great,if you communicate he gets things fixed in a timely manner, when life happens he works with you.you have to pay your rent communicate well otherwise you'll be on here whining, homestead realty good folks
Misleading advertising of their rentals. Nasty, dirty and nothing fixed. Disappointing.

Stay away from these people they are slum lords I moved out of one of there houses a week ago they are thieves Jill stole my February rent and still expected me to pay for it. I had a water line bust and I notified Robert about it and they refused to come fix it for me I didn’t have water for almost a month. One night had a tree fall on my house Jill and Robert both acted like they didn’t know a thing even though they sent insurance agents to take pictures of the tree on the house. Renters beware …. These “ landlords “do not care about your health or safety . In fact all they care about is lining their pockets with all the money they should be putting towards the upkeep of their buildings …. Since I’ve lived in one of their buildings there have been collapsing roofs , with bat infestations … they have let ppl move into apartments knowing that the previous tenants complained of bed bugs issues and left them it untreated ….
