We sold my mother in law house 3 months ago, it was very fast and got more money than asked price, surprised us that we received one big package of gifts sending to our house. We bought one rental house through them several years ago, they choose one good location one for us, after that they send letter, Christmas card and so on, more like friends relationships, in the future if we need buy and sell house, we still will choose them
