They missed that my attic wasn’t vented correctly even though their report says they checked it. I ended up with black mold . Inspector told me they bring two inspectors to a house so it goes faster. So they care more about getting your money and leaving as fast as they can instead of doing a good job.
Kyle, was exceptional in every way! He went over everything with me in extreme detail. If i had a question, he had an answer. Made the whole experience very stress free. I will be recommending him to anyone i know buying a house.
