I chose this company because they advertised a quick turnaround and a two-inspector team, which seemed perfect for my tight home-buying timeline. Unfortunately, they failed to deliver on their promises. Only one inspector came out instead of the advertised two, which made the entire inspection feel incredibly rushed. Because of this, the inspector, Victor, completely missed rotten wood that was easily caught later by a separate crawl space inspection and a termite inspector. The inspector showed up on time went over all the findings with the client in a manner that as a buyers agent you can appreciate. The buyer felt the inspector took his time and was thorough. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great Inspector.
