We have been customers of HSI since April 2007 (18 years!). I called Paul at HSI a couple of months ago asking for the plans / diagram for the speakers that were pre-wired in our lower level. I wanted to look at the diagram to see how we may want to set the speakers up. We were under no obligation to go through HSI. I was looking at installing the speakers and volume controls myself. Very rude and unprofessional
Do not work with Paul Skifton Home Systems Installation! I was a customer for many years. My service with him renewed and my annual bill was charged to my account in September of 2020. On October 8th, I called and requested that his services be cancelled and that I had switched to another alarm service provider. Despite that conversation and subsequent calls, emails and texts, I have yet to received any response and I have not received a refund of any of my annual payment. We had a wow experience with HSI. Amazing level of professionalism. We were unfamiliar with home security systems and they took the time to work with us closely before & after installation. We feel so blessed that they were recommended to our family. Their staff continues to respond to any questions we may have. We look forward to additional security coverage in the future and recommend them highly.
I have been extremely happy with Home System Installation. Paul has always called me back in an appropriate time frame, and fixed the problem in a short time. I would definitely recommend his service.
