We have been customers of HSI since April 2007 (18 years!). I called Paul at HSI a couple of months ago asking for the plans / diagram for the speakers that were pre-wired in our lower level. I wanted to look at the diagram to see how we may want to set the speakers up. We were under no obligation to go through HSI. I was looking at installing the speakers and volume controls myself.
