Very unprofessional care!!!! They are about 2 hours late; don’t communicate at all, I called and tried to speak with someone and I got passed around. The nurses did NOT care I’m in nursing school and know this is NOT therapeutic communication or proper care. Someone finally called me and said that she had no idea why the nurse never showed up or never called for a second time. Never even apologized for any inconvenience.
The environment at Home Sweet Homecare is such a positive, caring vibe. Rose makes sure of it! The girls in the office are always so helpful and this is the first agency that my schedules and my patients organized and easy to find! I recommend this agency to anyone looking for caring clinicians to see about their loved ones in the comfort of their own home!

Well beware if you schedule an appointment for them to come out. No call no show no nothing. Not really a great way to do business especially to people who are injured, and can't help themselves. Extremely disappointing. Oh and just let me say that the insurance is already approved. And that was confirmed so I read the other reviews that can't possibly be an excuse.
