Hired to install a bathroom fan. Unfortunately, the work was done in the quickest shortcut way possible. Instead of venting the fan properly outdoors with a secured duct and vent cap, the duct was just left draped in the attic, blowing moist air back inside. This creates exactly the kind of mold problem the fan was meant to prevent. I had a mold remediation company come out, and they confirmed this setup was not correct and told me it needed to be fixed before cleanup.
