Sara Englishbee was the epitomy of efficiency in every aspect of representing me as my agent in the selling of my house. From advising me as to what to expect, in suggesting an estate sale person, who was great btw, to suggesting a landscaper to spruce up my yard, to finding a buyer the first day of the estate sale and advising me what to expect at the closing. Jennifer Tautenhaun was fantastic to work with. She helped me every step of the way and seemed to answer my questions before I even asked. She was patient and thorough mixed in with a healthy dose of humor. She knows her stuff! I ended up going with new construction and she advocated hard for me with the builder to get me the best deal and make sure they came through with their promises. I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again or recommend her to my friends and family. She was truly a gift to work with!
