I had a very positive experience working with this inspection company. Melody, who helped set everything up, was extremely nice and made the scheduling process easy. The inspection itself was done quickly, and we received our report back very fast. Their pricing was reasonable, and the entire process was efficient and well done from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them!

Unfortunately was given the wrong information by my old insurance carrier and blamed this company for an issue they didnt cause. These people are great and highly recommend them for any services.

This company cost me my home owner's insurance. The inspector never showed up when he was supposed to and never contacted me. I went outside and checked multiple times . Then 2 hours later I came outside to a note on my door saying he had done an external inspection. This is after he told me I had to be there for him to do and let him in the home to do an internal inspection.
