Unfortunately was given the wrong information by my old insurance carrier and blamed this company for an issue they didnt cause. These people are great and highly recommend them for any services.
I would highly recommend this company.Very honest on time and very reasonably.
This company cost me my home owner's insurance. The inspector never showed up when he was supposed to and never contacted me. I went outside and checked multiple times . Then 2 hours later I came outside to a note on my door saying he had done an external inspection. This is after he told me I had to be there for him to do and let him in the home to do an internal inspection. From start to finish, Melody was very informative with any questions and prompt with the report. The inspector, Jeremy, was VERY friendly and knowledgeable. Will be recommending them to anyone in need for sure.
