Horrible experience. She looked at our home on Friday, 21 April 2017. She told us the appraisal will be ready either over the weekend or by Tuesday, 25 April 2017. She insisted that we pay her immediately. We wrote her a cheque for $350. Tuesday - No appraisal, no communication from her.
