Managers are sloppy I have heard staff spreading others personal business. Lack of care for clients. Managers have been reported sleeping with staff also leaving staff stuck on a shift by them self when it should be two staff per client and staff are over worked illegally
Was moved to 3 different houses. Case managers are unappreciated. Employees spreads everyone's businesses and lack of communication
Worked the “day program” first or 2nd day they had me driving the van with at least 8 stops on the route. Sit there and aid. Do bathroom duties with client. Clean the whole facility, bathrooms included. Then drive to drop them all back off. Too much responsibility. Too much liability.
