Don’t rent from them. I’ve experience poor property management before and this isn’t the worst experience I’ve had—but it’s also not good. I’ve been renting with them since April 1, 2026, it is now July 9, 2026. In these short months I have been let down multiple times. Chose not to rent a property under this business because it seems incredibly suspicious that on their website they advertise to property owners that they will fight for them in fair housing and tenant rights law cases. The property we toured was in absolute disrepair and smelled like animal feces, had dirty toilets, and furniture still inside. It was a “self guided” tour with a lockbox, but it was very clear that they are not at all interested in maintaining their units, but they still want you to pay absurd application fees... read more

I’ve had an amazing experience with Homestyle Property Management! From day one, their team has been professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Any maintenance requests were handled quickly, communication was clear, and they made the whole rental process seamless. It’s rare to find a company that truly cares about both the property and the people. Highly recommend!
Absolutely no communication. They also frequently break the URLTA act from 2024 which protect renter’s rights. When putting in maintenance they ignore it. They allow landlords to break federal privacy laws. If you’re a landlord and you want a lawsuit, hire them. If you’re smart, don’t.
