Joelle was responsive and quick to make sure all our needs were met for move in. Very satisfied, and hope to be a tenant with Homestyle for a while.
I’ve had an amazing experience with Homestyle Property Management! From day one, their team has been professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Any maintenance requests were handled quickly, communication was clear, and they made the whole rental process seamless. It’s rare to find a company that truly cares about both the property and the people. Highly recommend!
Absolutely no communication. They also frequently break the URLTA act from 2024 which protect renter’s rights. When putting in maintenance they ignore it. They allow landlords to break federal privacy laws. If you’re a landlord and you want a lawsuit, hire them. If you’re smart, don’t.
Has been our property manager for 6 months, has sent 1 repairman to do a shoddy job, and ignored all other problems, oh, and then 'ACCIDENTALLY' sued us for not paying when we did. Disgraceful, and sad.
