Back away and don't look back The apartment had so many problems that they never will mention to you such as the drain out has to be cleaned out every year or your apartment will flood with sewage. Your sewage and your neighbors. If a neighbor is cooking the entire apartment will flood with gross odors. The front door was too short and whenever it rained the apartment would flood so I had to take a few tools and put them by the door.
