The owner Paulene does not keep in contact with the client (voice message is full too) and says it's the aid's job to communicate; as they are all independent contractors. If your aid does not show up, there is no replacement. On 9/6/22 my aid Maria came in and left in exactly one min. She told Paulene she didn't need to be there as I was home working remotely...
