Reading the reviews I am shocked. Yes the front could use a lighted sign or something, but the back is well.lite. the prices are very competitive. But for me, Trisha, the manager is what makes this a great place. I have been renting for a few months and Trisha is always accommodating and friendly. I have thrown her a couple curve balls, I live in NH and it is hard to deal with things from a distance. Trisha responds to calls very quickly and if she cannot help, she is pleasant and has other ideas how to solve my issue. Recom... read more

There are no street lights to find the entrance and it's one way shot and I turns on busy US 19 if you miss the entrance. I jumped the neighbor business curb...to get in...but don't tell anyone...
Very easy process, love the accessibility and management (Trisha) was a pleasure to work with! Definitely recommend highly!
I've been renting from this facility for 7 years. Most affordable pricing in all of Clearwater. Always clean and well kept. Tricia, the property manager is very accommodating and professional.
