This would be a 1 star review but the first cleaner I had with them was great. Since then, it has been pretty downhill from them. I always tried to book her but she is no longer available. Recently, my cleans have been non existent. Floors left with new boot marks on them after the clean. Carpets noticably not even vacuumed at all. Really dissapointing. Yes they did inform me that litter boxes are not to be cleaned, and furniture was an extra cost. Although I did not know that cleaning the floor, was extra as well. Just had ... read more

Tuya was great. Very efficient and did a great job in 3 hours!
My previous cleaning company was 10/10. I went looking elsewhere as we wanted a regular cleaner. It was difficult to pin down a cleaner as they do not respond. You need to text with the company itself. There were multiple miscommunications between me, them and the cleaners and company too. They changed the cleaning time without notifying me when we switched days, and when I mentioned the quote seemed not to match when I put in the details of the home they said it was all good it would be fine.
