I have had Home Sprinkler Systems (Howard Miller) as both my original installer and my on-going service provider since 1993. Recently I had additional zones (6) added to my in-ground system. We had great service from this company. Shannon was very responsive to calls, emails, and text messages. They came out quickly to assess our yard for a possible irrigation system. They provided an estimate within a day or two. Their estimate was similar to other estimates we had. We chose them because they were very detailed in exactly what they could do. Very slow to respond and they will change appointment without notice and only when it suits them. The woman who answers their phone is abrasive and unprofessional. Several of our neighbors also had issues with this company and have cancelled service with them as a result.
