The staff do a wonderful job and has been at this location for a long time (Eastland Mall, Bloomington IL.) bc of returning customers I assume. The massages are intense and not for those who are highly sensitive. If you prefer lighter touch you WILL have to TELL THEM. Otherwise the massage is pretty deep. They give out a bottle of water and will suggest to stretch after your session. Best place to go for massage in Bloomington! They will do exactly what you ask for and focus on target areas that are hurting you. They work very hard and it’s easy to communicate with them. Must visit!!!
