Massage make me nauseous and gave me the worse headache, I was on pain all the time I was there, they force me to get a foot massage without asking and I dont recommend this bussiness. I am probably going to ER due to this issue, they triggered a bad Migraine due the massage was rough and not professional managed.. Dont got to that place !!
Didn’t realize it was under new ownership and was completely overcharged for services I did not request. They waited until I was in a vulnerable position on the table and added another masseuse without my consent. They did give a partial refund after I realized what happened, but I wish we would have never gone.
AVOID 100% ZERO STARS Business is no longer HomeSpa. They have very uncomfortable beds. Message therapist kept texting doing message. Poor Quality message in general. Tried to get me to pay for an extra 30 foot message I didn’t ask for. I wasn’t going to get bullied to pay for something I didn’t ask for. WONT BE RETURNING
Home Spa is closed ,this new place tactics are bait and switch products. Only went in for typical 90 min massage.. this was far from it. After years will not be back. Charged me advertise four hand massage h244, but charged me 250, contacted bank to do reversal... Only should of been 140.00... The gut got huffy and puffy didn't think I spoke his language called him out..
Make note— in the greenwood mall it is no longer called home spa!! It is “Re/New Massage” or something like that. Not sure what happened to the old home spa, but they were much better. The people today, bullied me into longer services, then when I declined the man was huffy and rude and had the girls proceed with the services I declined (added on a foot massage). Then he had the audacity to try and charge me 80.00, after a few words I paid for the services that I originally asked for. I won’t be back after going there for ye... read more
