First let me say that Mr Jack Shields is one of the nicest gentlemen I've ever had the opportunity to work with. He made the mortgage process nowhere near as scary and difficult as I thought it would be, he was up front and honest about every piece of information he presented to us and made sure we understood every facet of what was happening from start to finish. Jack is amazing. He was patient throughout the process and made sure I had an understanding on everything that was happening. His heart is truly in what he does. I would 100 % recommend him. If your looking for a lender Jack is your guy.

Brandi has been super helpful and awesome with our first home buying experience! She answered all our questions and concerns and if she didn't have the answer, she was quick to find out to answer it. She surely made everything such a breeze. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could!
