stay away from home south communities and walker anderson, they are not truthful, fair and are very shady when it comes to the work they do… stay away

I purchased a home 2016 in the Smyrna Grove subdivision and my roof has leaked into our bedroom every there was a heavy rain. Each time they would say it was nail hole, put in gutter hose, partially replace shingles and supposedly seal around vents. Finally, I hired a certified roofer Oct 2020 and his assessment revealed the vents were installed improperly and drainage system from second floor roof was not correct either. I purchased new house from Home South 3 years ago, and in my opinion, although marketed as high end, the construction is of very low quality for the price; a lot of components were found to be basic and the simplest in the market. I discovered that an outside trim is made MDF (compressed cardboard) that has been concealed instead of proper outdoor materials.
