They took forever with the paperwork on a mobile home purchase started in February gave notice to my landlord to move April 1 and it’s now June no closing yet keep giving my ex the runaround about more paperwork needed now waiting for title. I’ve paid extra rent for months due to can’t move yet do to setbacks. Thank goodness my landlord hasn’t rented out the townhouse yet it I’d be living in a hotel. The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Unless you have 6 months or more to wait do not go through them.
I don't know if this a legitimate business. Dona recommended a company called Triad out of Illinois. I looked at the reviews for Triad. They are not providing the titles for manufactured homes.**Beware**
