We bought our home 6 months ago and Donna and her team were with us 💯 from beginning and still with us today . Checking in fixing any minor problems that has came up . They took forever with the paperwork on a mobile home purchase started in February gave notice to my landlord to move April 1 and it’s now June no closing yet keep giving my ex the runaround about more paperwork needed now waiting for title. I’ve paid extra rent for months due to can’t move yet do to setbacks. Thank goodness my landlord hasn’t rented out the townhouse yet it I’d be living in a hotel. The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Unless you have 6 months or more to wait do not go through them.
I don't know if this a legitimate business. Dona recommended a company called Triad out of Illinois. I looked at the reviews for Triad. They are not providing the titles for manufactured homes.**Beware**
UPDATE: DEAL WITH DONA! She is an absolute rockstar. She personally reached out and we’ve had several long discussions. She has been on the ball and has shown she will stop at nothing to ensure her clients are satisfied and happy! If we dealt with her the whole time I do believe it would be 5 stars. Moved rating up for Dona’s actions. . We were over promised and under delivered our entire process. There is very poor communication and a lot of aggression from Eduardo.
